After three years in Sweden, Salar gets on the train. He does not know where he is going, only that he must leave again. After a dangerous journey through Europe, Salar ends up in Paris, and a tent camp at Porte de la Chapelle. There he meets Najib, who helps him deal with the difficult life as a refugee in France. Annelie Drewsen has done extensive research and interviewed young people who live on the streets of Paris after not getting asylum in other European countries, and written a fictional story based on real circumstances.
